Refund policy
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time it is received, not including all major U.S. holidays. Please allow up to 7 business days for custom orders or as otherwise notified by us. Orders are packed surrounded with a cushioned or bubble barrier, enclosed in a box or hard envelope depending on the item, and stickered with a fragile warning. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Refunds and exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on inventory.
In the event of exchange, the piece may differ slightly from the original as 99% of our work is made by hand.
Refunds are processed for lost shipments only. Please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date if artwork has not been received. Proof of delivery will void availability of refunds.
